rita_thumbPhotographer Rita Kluge was expecting to see surfers riding high when she went to capture a large swell near Sydney, she certainly wasn’t expecting them to be firmly rooted to the ground at the top of a massive tree like this guy though!

Kluge snapped the amazing photo of surfer Lachie Rombouts looking super-chilled at the top of the Norfolk Pine at Avalon in the northern beaches of Australia’s Harbour city.
“Apparently the pines are easy to climb and people are often up them checking out the surf” Rita told Drift.
“I certainly couldn’t believe my eyes at first though I must admit” she added
