About Drift Surfing
Drift Surfing is the new incarnation of a once modest British magazine started about seven years ago. Now exclusively online, the idea is to create an open venue for shared creative output, focusing on what’s happening both in and out of the water. We seek out the perspectives of innovators, instigators, inventors and icons in hopes of gaining a broader perspective on the continually changing culture surrounding surfing.
Contacting Us
At Drift Surfing, our readers are the most important element of our magazine. Our mission is to publish innovative and entertaining content for our readers. Drift Surfing is not a news portal for the action sports industry, and we do not regurgitate professional action sports news.
With this in mind, we ask you to read the following guidelines carefully before contacting us.
Please do get in touch if you:
• Have a story to tell. Subjects include surfing, the environment, wildlife, humanitarian and social projects, art, music, film, literature and events. We’d love to hear from you.
• Are from a brand looking to build your online presence with us, under a paid contract.
• Are from a publisher outside of the UK interested in licensing Drift Surfing for their own market.
Definitely don’t get in touch if you:
• Are from a brand looking for free exposure about products, team riders, appointments, sponsorship news or professional event news and information.
• Are from an advertising or marketing agency looking for free coverage, on behalf of a brand.
Having read our guidelines, please use the form below if you would like to contact us.
