Cyrus Sutton’s new movie project Island Earth about the underground movement of young people in Hawaii moving back to the land and growing their own food in response to corporate corruption in our food supply.
The film focusses on real individuals, who are tired of living in a world where industrial agriculture has overtaken the food supply systems, using fossil fuels and spreading toxic chemicals. There was a time when food was grown locally and everyone had enough of what they needed. Island Earth takes audiences on a tour of Hawaii to meet the people who are working to get back to that way of life.
The film currently has 13 days to go on its Kickstarter campaign, you learn more and support the project here: kickstarter.com/projects/cyrussutton/island-earth-documentary/
