Wes Medaows - Sales and Marketing Manager

Based in the gargantuan surfing hub of Ericeira, Portugal, Wes is our European man on the ground and he has all of our inter-continental connections well sewn up. He loves all things surf, skate and snow. With a decade of sales and marketing under his belt and a lifetime of surf, he certainly knows his stuff. Originally from South Africa, Wes moved over to the UK 12 years ago and has been chasing the snow and surf around Europe ever since.

Matt Button - Features Editor

Coming from the Westside (Newquay) it was obvious Matt would be involved in Surf in one way or another. A lover of old journeys from a time when there were more blanks on the map, he has travelled widely preferring the dustier, unloved corners of the world. On foot, bus, donkey, camel and once in a wheelbarrow, but always with a lens and film. He has a love of Holgas, Twinnies and not reading the manual.

Charlotte Vang - Social Media Manager

Charlotte hails from the Danish island of Bornholm which is fortunate enough to have some of the best surf the country has to offer. The 27-year-old is a dab hand with all things social and she keeps the good ship Drift afloat on many occasions.

Anya Gilbert - Reporter

20-year-old Anya is lucky enough to be studying in beautiful Cornwall for a degree in Surf Science and Technology, whilst writing with Drift and Coasteer Instructing. She has lived in Bali and Italy before but finds chilly English waves surprisingly addictive and hugely inspiring!
